Go to Reports > projects > Win/Loss to find the win/loss report

In this report, you can analyze the reason why projects were won or lost. From the result, you can see in which stage they won or lost or if there is a status reason for the loss/win that stands out. Export the list or use the pie charts in Cinode to get an overall picture.

Use the filter to see the desired result for the period, customer, status reason, pipeline or sales responsible.

Below the pie charts, you can also view a more detailed list of information about the projects.

The pipe stages is fedge from Administration -> Process and the pipelines tab. You will need to have an "Admin" role to be able to set the pipeline.
