The information shown in the report is fetched from the Employee details which is found under Administration - Employee - Edit

The report is possible to filter by teams or business units.

The Gender balance is calculated from Gender set when adding a new employee. The information is possible to change under Administration - Employee - Edit

The Age distribution and Upcoming birthdays is fetched from Birthday.

Finally, Employment in the company from Employment date.
