We’ve introduced a new feature in Cinode called Satisfaction. It gives consultants a simple way to rate how satisfied they are with their current role – and to indicate if they’re open to a change.

Only visible for Cinode Business plans.

Why Use Satisfaction?

In consulting, motivated people make the difference. When consultants can share how they feel about their role, it’s easier to keep engagement high and spot when it’s time for a change.

The Satisfaction feature supports internal mobility by adding a new layer to matching — beyond skills and availability. It helps managers act early, have better conversations, and place consultants where they thrive.

How It Works

  • Users (consultants) can rate their satisfaction from 1 to 5 directly in Cinode.

  • Managers can add the consultant's satisfaction rating from 1 to 5.

  • Users or Managers can also choose to signal if they are ready to change roles.

  • Only permission level Managers can see this information.

This allows consultants to be honest and proactive without needing a formal conversation. For managers, it's a discreet and structured way to follow up.

Where to Find It

For Manager

Go to Home > Users to see each consultant’s satisfaction rating, comment, and whether they’re open to a new role.

You’ll also find satisfaction data in the Role list, where you get a good overview of current assignments and can quickly spot where a follow-up might be needed.

Note: A consultant’s satisfaction is only visible to managers, and only for roles they are currently assigned to.

Organisation > employees > roles

Coming soon:

Visible at the projects > roles page.

For Users

Users can update their satisfaction rating at any time.

Go to Home > Roles to rate an assigned role from 1 to 5, add a comment, and optionally indicate if you're open to a new assignment.

Note: Only roles you’re currently assigned to can be rated.
