Cinode Matching Function Overview
The matching function in Cinode's Business module helps you find the best candidates for specific roles based on their skills. Using the matching function, you can select a role and find suitable candidates based on their skills and competence levels.
How It Works - Candidate Skills:
Skill Listing: All candidates should have their skills listed in their profile to get a match.
Skill Tagging: Skills can be tagged manually by a recruiter or the candidates themselves, or by importing a CV.
Skill Levels: Candidates who set their competence level (how proficient they are in each skill) will receive a more accurate matching score.
Benefits of the Matching Function
Efficiency: Quickly identify the best candidates for roles based on their skills.
Accuracy: Skill levels enhance matching accuracy, ensuring the most qualified candidates are highlighted.
