Receiving and Responding to Partner Network Requests

You can receive requests from the Partner Network in a recap email at the end of the workday, as well as direct requests from your partners. To enable these email notifications, click the link below.

πŸ’‘ Note:
To add yourself as a Partner contact to get Partner notifications, you must have an Admin permission level to access the administration function. Refer to this article for assistance with setting permissions

How to respond to a request

When a partner company publishes a role or companies in the Partner Network send requests (summarized recap at the end of the workday), you will receive an email.

Follow these steps to respond to the role requests:

  1. Click "View Roles"
If you are not logged in to Cinode, you will be redirected to log in.

  2. Navigate to Role Requests

    • For Partner Network Requests:
Go to Network β†’ Partner Networks β†’ Requests. Use the filters to refine requests by company, end-customer assignments, remote work options, country, or response deadlines.

    • For Direct Partner Requests:
Go to Network β†’ Overview or Network β†’ Requests β†’ Received. Click "Show All" to see the full list of requests.

  3. View Role Details

    • Click on a role to see the description and details.

    • Use the Matching feature to identify consultants whose skills align with the role. (Consultants must have added skills to their profiles to be matched.) Learn more about the matching function here.

  4. Respond to the Request

    • Click "Respond to Request" in the top-right corner to begin.

  5. Submit Your Consultant

    • Select a consultant and attach their CV (or drag and drop the CV file).

Once submitted, the partner company will receive a confirmation email.

The Company you have responded to will now receive an email notification.

Note - this is the companies email view.

The companies logs in to Cinode and clicks book or decline after viewing the CV. Note - this is the companies overview.

If they click book - they can choose to book Definite or preliminary and you will get an email notification.

Did your Partner or the Company you responded to accept the respond?

Once your partner or company accepts your response, you'll receive a notification and can quickly log in to Cinode to assign the consultant to the role.

If they declined the respond, you will not get a notification.

View the accepted respond from your Partner och the Company you responded to;

  1. Login to Cinode and navigate to Network-> Requests and click at the role

2. Click 'Confirm Booking,' and a drawer will appear with all the role information. Here, you'll need to add a customer. The remaining details will be filled in by default, but you can make adjustments before clicking 'Add.' Are you adding a new project or an existing one

3. Make your adjustments and click "Add"

A project has now been created, and you can view it in the overview, such as in the list, pipeline, or delivery sections. In this case, it's in the sales pipeline (Scrum Master).

If you view the received request again, you can easily click 'Go to Role' to access the role overview."
