Email Notifications from the Partner Network

When Email Notifications Are Sent and How to Manage Them

Cinode sends email notifications to keep you informed of activity within the Partner Network. Below is a summary of when notifications are sent and to whom:

  • Partner Network Invitation:
    An email notification is sent to the contact person at the company when an invitation to the Partner Network is issued.

  • Role Announcements and Requests:
    When a role announcement or request is sent to a partner, the designated responsible person for that partner (partner X) will receive an email notification.

  • Announcements Sent to the Partner Network:
    The responsible person for partner X and the contact person specified under Administration – Network receive an email notification.

  • Responses to Role Requests:
    When a response is submitted to a role request (with or without a consultant/subcontractor), only the contact person for the original role announcement or request receives an email notification.

  • Confirmed Bookings:
    When a consultant or subcontractor is definitively booked for a role, the contact person for the original role announcement or request receives an email notification.


Notifications Not Sent

Email notifications are not sent in the following cases:

  • When a response is accepted and marked as a Preliminary booking

  • When a request is rejected (only a partner can reject a request)

  • When a response is edited

  • When a received response is rejected

  • When a request is revoked or closed by the sending company

  • When a sent response is revoked


How to Receive Assignment Notifications

If you wish to receive email notifications about assignments from other companies in the Cinode Partner Network:

  • Add your contact information to your company's profile in the Partner Network section.


How to Manage or Turn Off Email Notifications

You can manage your email notification preferences at any time through your account settings:

  1. Click your name at the top right corner.

  2. Select My account.

  3. Navigate to the Notifications tab.

  4. Select or deselect the notifications you wish to receive or stop receiving.

Notification Options

You can choose to enable or disable notifications for:

  • Partners

  • Shared requests

  • The Cinode Partner Network

Additionally, you can set how often you wish to receive emails about announced roles in the Partner Network. Choose from:

  • Instantly (as roles are announced)

  • Daily summary

  • Weekly summary

If you are the contact person in the Cinode Partner Network, you will automatically receive notifications about invites and role requests. To turn these off, adjust your preferences in My account.
