You need to have the permission level Partner Manager in order to access the network.

When you have promoted your company in the Cinode Partner Network it is time to find companies to connect with. You can connect with companies that are already in the partner network or partners outside of Cinode.

Note: For more information on how to promote your company, please view this article.

Let's get started! ๐Ÿค

How to connect with companies in the Partner Network

1. Go to Network > Partner Network in the sidebar:

2. By default the Partner Network page will display all companies in the network. You can filter on specific companies by searching for the name in the search field or by key skills:

3. Click on the company's name to read about them and to send an invitation to connect.

4. Before sending out the invite, you will need a write a short message to the receiver. Let the connection begin!

How to connect with companies outside of Cinode Partner Network

You are able to invite and connect with companies that are not registered in the partner network. Once they have accepted your invitation you will see the company in your partner list and set up Partner Trust.

If the company does not use Cinode today they register for free.

Cinode free users can also be able to connect to the partner network in Cinode and be able to invite and also accept invites from other companies.

How to invite a company that is not registered to Cinode

  1. Go to Network > Partners in the menu and click the green plus icon to add a new partner.

  2. Type the name of the company and a description.

  3. Search and add a Partner Manager from your Company and click "save".

4. Once you have added the Partner, you will find the Partner in the list and can click Invite.

5. Next you will need to type the email address of the receiver and a message.

6. Check the box if you wish to set up and grant trust for the company. (can also be done later)

An invite will now be sent to the e-mail address, and the person receiving the e-mail can register in Cinode.

When they click on "respond to invite" they see this:

When Connected with the company

Once the Partner is connected with you, you will be able to see that in Network > Partners in the list. The green link symbol next to connected means you are a partner and connected.

Here are the different status:

  • Invite sent X = Invite is not yet answered

  • Connected grey = connected without trust

  • Invite = Not yet sent the invite

  • Connected green = you have set up trust to each other

Add Partner to a Distribution list

Network > Partners and the tab Distribution list you can add the company to a Distribution group to enable sending assignment requests to a selected group of Partners when announcing.

When announcing a role you can chose by the distribution list, see below. An example is to divide them into groups of skills or locations.
