How the invite from a partner company looks like
When you receive an invitation from a partner company, you will get an email stating, “Company X wants to connect with your company.” (See the image below.)
Upon clicking 'Respond to Invite,' you will be asked if your company currently uses Cinode. You will then have two options:
Yes: Log in and accept the invite.
No: Register a free account.
Respond to the received invite
2a. If you already have an account:
Click "Log in to accept the invite."
Navigate to Network → Partner Network.
Use the Status filter to select Invite received.
Click "Respond to Invite."
2b. If you do not have a Cinode account:
Click "Register a Free Account."
Complete the form with your details and click "Sign Up."

Note: If your company has already created an account, you won’t be able to create a new account with the same company name.
3b. Accept the invite
Click "Log in to accept the invite."
Navigate to Network → Partner Network.
Use the Status filter to select Invite received.
Click "Respond to Invite."
Invite accepted
Once you have accepted the invitation the company will get an email notification that the invite is accepted.
