To use AI features, your organisation must have the relevant AI module enabled. If you are an administrator, you can enable AI features under Administrator → Company → Features. link here.
Cinode’s AI features help you create, maintain, and improve CVs, profiles, projects, and role requirements more efficiently. From generating content and identifying relevant skills to translating text and automating profile updates, AI reduces manual work while helping you keep information accurate, consistent, and up to date.
You can use each feature independently or combine them to streamline your entire CV and profile management process.
Enable AI Features
Navigate to Administrator > Company > features
Available AI modules
CV Import – Upload a CV and automatically extract profile information and skills, reducing the need for manual data entry. This feature is included automatically when AI functionality is enabled.
AI Text Tool – Assists with text-related tasks such as translations, summaries, and text optimisation.
AI Skills Tool for CVs and Profiles – Suggests relevant skills based on work experience descriptions in profiles and CVs.
AI Skill Generation for Roles – Generates relevant skill suggestions when creating or editing roles.
AI Content Generation for CVs – Creates CV content automatically from existing profile information when generating a new CV.
Automatic Work Experience from Definitive Bookings – Automatically creates work experience entries when consultants are assigned as Definitive on project roles. When AI is enabled, the generated experience can be converted into a CV-ready description and translated into all profile languages.
If you cannot see the AI modules in Modules and licences, contact your Cinode administrator or Customer Success Manager for assistance.
Note about CV Import
CV Import is included automatically as part of Cinode's AI functionality and does not require a separate module to be enabled.

The AI Skills Tool analyses work experience descriptions and suggests skills that are relevant to the content.

How it works
When editing a profile or CV, use the AI skill suggestion feature to analyse existing experience descriptions. Review the suggested skills, keep the relevant ones, and remove any that do not apply before saving.
AI Skill Generation for Roles
AI Skill Generation helps you create relevant skill requirements when defining a role in Cinode.

How it works
When creating or editing a role, use the AI skill generation option to generate skill suggestions based on the role description. Review the generated skills and adjust them as needed before publishing the role.
AI Content Generation for CVs
AI Content Generation automatically creates CV content based on information already available in a user's profile.

Ensure information is based on existing profile data

How it works
When creating a new CV, AI can generate content for sections that would otherwise require manual input. Review the generated content, make any necessary adjustments, and save the final version.
💡 Tip: You can also add a job description to tailor the CV to the specific assignment or role you are applying for.
Note: Character limits may still apply, especially in the Highlighted Work Experience section. You may need to trim or adjust the content accordingly.
Automatic work experience from definitive bookings
When consultants are assigned to a project role with the status Definitive, Cinode can automatically create a corresponding work experience entry on their profile. When AI functionality is enabled, the generated work experience can also be transformed into a professional CV description and translated into all profile languages.
