The Sales report extracts aggregating order values during the selected period and is based on the date when a project changes its status. By setting different types of filters, you can see the values over a certain period, for a particular salesperson, etc. Default is the filter set to Status Won, Status updated 7 days (back in time).
To enter the report go to Reports > projects and the Sales tab
View specific order values
To view specific order values, apply the following filters and selections:
For a Particular Salesperson:
Set the filters to the responsible salesperson and customize the filter with the chosen dates.
For a Particular Pipeline:
Select the desired pipeline and specify the date range.
For a Particular Customer:
Select the customer and specify the date range.
For Lost Orders:
Select the status "Lost" and specify the date range.
For Won Orders:
Select the status "Won" and specify the date range.
For Subcontractors:
Select "Resource" and then choose "Subcontractor" and specify the date range.
Report summary
The report provides a summary of submitted projects and displays the following details:
Project: Includes the project name and the customer name.
Salespipe/Stage: Displays the salespipe and stage of the project. If the project is won or lost, you will see the stage in the pipe where the project was won or lost.
Close Date: Shows when the closing date is or was supposed to be.
Estimated Close Value: The estimated value based on either the explicitly specified probability for a project or the default value associated with the current pipeline step.
Calculated Value: Represents the expected value based on the roles involved in the project, with extent and price as the basis for the calculation.
Margin: Derived from the calculated value, reduced by the self-cost assigned to the consultant. The self-cost is based on the per-hour cost specified for the consultant under Administration > Employee.
Status: Indicates the date that the project was added to "won," "lost," or updated in "open."
