You can set up automated reminders in Cinode to prompt users to complete specific tasks. These reminders are sent via email and can be managed individually by each user under their account settings.

Profile Update Reminders
Encourage employees to keep their profiles up to date by setting a regular update interval. For example, selecting Every three months will automatically send an email reminder to the employee at the chosen frequency.Deal Closure Reminders
Notify sales representatives as a deal's estimated close date approaches. Simply select the number of days in advance for the reminder—e.g., 15 days—and an email notification will be sent to the responsible person accordingly.
Note: Users can disable specific types of reminders in their personal notification settings if they prefer not to receive them.
