The Project module in Cinode provides a streamlined way to manage your opportunities, assignments, and projects. With robust search and filtering features, you can easily find the information you need. Here's a quick guide to using these features effectively.

Accessing the Project List

Navigate to the Projects section by selecting "Projects" from the menu. Switch between views: List, Pipeline, or Delivery tabs based on your needs.

Using Search

The Search bar at the top allows you to find specific projects or customers. Simply type a keyword (e.g., "AML") to display relevant results.

Applying Filters

Filters are a powerful way to narrow down your project list. Here’s how to use them:

  1. Open the Filters Panel

    • Click on the Filter icon to access the filtering options.

  2. Select Filters

    • Choose from various filter options such as:

      • Pipeline / Stage: Select the pipeline stage (e.g., New Prospect, Qualify).

      • Expected Close Date: Filter by timeline.

      • Customers: Narrow down by specific clients.

      • Priority: Focus on projects marked with a specific priority level.

      • Status: Choose from Open, Closed, or other statuses.

      • Assigned Teams or Salespersons: Filter by responsible teams or individuals.

  3. Customizing Columns

    • Click Adjust Columns to display or hide columns such as Value, Status, Team, or Customer in the project list view.

Saving Filters

  • Save Custom Filters

    • After setting your filters, click Save As in the filters panel to store your preferences.

    • Name your filter for easy reuse.

Viewing Saved Filters

  • Access Saved Filters

    • In the filters panel, toggle between "Your Filters" and "Shared Filters" to use pre-saved configurations.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Combine multiple filters to refine results further.

  • Use the Priority and Status filters to focus on urgent or high-value projects.

  • Saved filters help standardize workflows across teams by sharing configurations.
