• Profile commitment read no longer returns 403 — Reading a single profile commitment by id (GET …/profile/commitments/{id}) no longer returns 403 Forbidden for users who can view the profile.
• Null dates documented — Created, updated and last-touched dates on customer contacts, customer domains, candidates, subcontractors, events, discussions and profile items are now documented as nullable, matching the null values the API already returns.
• Candidate accounts start in recruiter's language — New candidate accounts created or invited through the API now start in the API user's language, with the welcome email also in that language.

• Discussion post creation returns author — Creating a discussion post now returns the post's createdBy field in the response, consistent with reading or editing a post.
• Team manager endpoint uses URL team id — Adding a team manager now always uses the team id in the URL. The teamId field in the request body is optional; if present and different from the URL, the request returns 400 Bad Request.

• Stricter access checks on team and tag endpoints — The team member endpoint (GET /companies/{companyId}/teams/{teamId}/members/{id}) and the tag types endpoint (GET /companies/{companyId}/tag-types) now require at least the CompanyUser access level. Callers with lower access get 403 Forbidden.

• Roles support custom fields — Custom field values are returned on GET roles/{id} and can be set with PUT roles/{roleId}/custom-fields. This endpoint updates only the fields you send. A values-only update counts as a role change and triggers the role-changed webhook, so bulk syncing sends one webhook per role. A role's custom field values are removed when the role, its project, its customer or the company is deleted, or when the role is converted to a commitment.
• Profile presentation translation fix — Updating a profile presentation now saves to the translation given in profileTranslationId instead of always to the primary translation. An unknown profileTranslationId returns 400.
• App Market integrations can manage absences — App Market integrations with Manager or Admin scope can now create, edit and delete absences for other users. Admins without the separate Manager role can also manage other users' absences.

• Project searches include projects without a last-touch date — When no last-touch date filter is specified, the search now returns projects that have never been touched.
• Detailed employee responses include DisplayCurrency — PUT and PATCH preserve the stored currency when the request omits it.
• Project searches no longer skip or duplicate projects — Paging through projects/search now returns each project exactly once. The default sort orders by created date, and all paged search endpoints order ties by id.
• Email, Identification and Status searches now sort by that field — Searching users by Email, customers by Identification, and candidates by Status now sorts the results by that field. Previously these sort options were ignored. Sorting customers by Status sorts by creation date.
• New bookings endpoints for consultants — The Cinode API can now list the bookings a consultant can import into their profile and import one as a work experience, matching the in-app "Add from bookings" feature.

• Event comment texts and event assignee lists are now documented as always present in responses. Event titles and comment texts in create/edit requests were already required. All other event fields stay nullable.
• Candidate, attachment, pipeline and recruitment source responses now mark always-present fields as non-nullable and required. Candidate, invite, attachment and skill creation now document their mandatory fields as required; they were already required, but the error message may change. An invite without an e-mail now reports only the missing e-mail; "Candidate already has a Cinode account" is reported once the e-mail is sent.
• Customer, domain, manager and attachment responses now mark always-present fields as non-nullable and required. Customer custom field values are documented as always present (possibly empty). The domain name is now documented as required on create and edit; it was already required, but the error message may change.
• Search responses now mark their paging and result lists, and skill search hits' skills, as non-nullable and required. All search filters stay optional.
• User, subcontractor, attachment and role-match responses now mark always-present fields, such as first name, e-mail and time zone, as non-nullable and required. User edit and permission edits now document their mandatory fields as required; they were already required, but the 400 response changes. The error keys change from Email, Firstname, Lastname and AccessLevels to email, firstName, lastName and permissions, and the message text changes too.
• Profile responses now mark their translation and block lists, and language branches, as non-nullable and required. The commitment description is now documented as required; it already was, but the error message may change.
• Profile skill, extra skill, reference, training and work experience responses now mark their translation lists, the skill change history and work-experience skills as non-nullable and required. Reference names and the training title are now documented as required; they already were, but the error message may change.

• Event comments can now be created, updated and deleted through the API, for candidate, customer, employee, subcontractor and project events. Only the author of a comment can update it. Comments now also return the author's name.
• Event comments can now be searched across the whole company with POST /v0.1/companies/{companyId}/events/comments/search, filtered by event, entity type, author, free text and creation date. Results include the event and entity each comment belongs to.
• The Employer field is now optional when you create or update a work experience through the external API. This matches the behaviour of the internal API, which never required it.
