Users
Users are synchronised from Kleer to Cinode according to a schedule of your choice. This can be set to run, for example, every 5 minutes, hourly, or once per day.
During these synchronisation runs, the following data is transferred from Kleer to Cinode:

Subcontractors
Users are synchronised from Kleer to Cinode according to the same schedule as above. In Kleer, a Subcontractor is defined as a user who is associated with a Supplier.
We support tagging users as subcontractors with Kleer Dimensions. In practice this means that a user in Kleer with a specified dimension will be created as a Subcontractor in Cinode.

Projects
Projects are synchronised from Cinode to Kleer using webhooks, which enable instantaneous updates whenever a project or role is modified.
A project will be synced to Kleer once when either of the following conditions is met:
The project is marked as Won in Cinode.
The project reaches one of the selected stages in your sales pipelines.
Note: You can select multiple stages across one or more pipelines. A single pipeline may also contain several eligible stages.
