Users
Users are synchronised from Kleer to Cinode according to a schedule of your choice. This can be set to run, for example, every 5 minutes, hourly, or once per day.
During these synchronisation runs, the following data is transferred from Kleer to Cinode:

Users are synchronised from Kleer to Cinode according to the same schedule as above. In Kleer, a Subcontractor is defined as a user who is associated with a Supplier.

Projects
Projects are synchronised from Cinode to Kleer using webhooks, which enable instantaneous updates whenever a project or role is modified.
A project will be synced to Kleer when either of the following conditions is met:
The project is marked as Won in Cinode.
The project reaches one of the selected stages in your sales pipelines.
Note: You can select multiple stages across one or more pipelines. A single pipeline may also contain several eligible stages.
Once a project has been synced, it continues to be updated in real time with every change made in Cinode—as long as it remains marked as Won or stays within one of the selected pipeline stages.
