Note that you must have License Administrator permissions to create a project pipeline. Read more here.

A project pipeline helps align with your internal workflows and visualize your sales processes, making daily tasks easier for your recruiters. It mirrors your project process.

You can work with one or multiple pipelines. Using multiple pipelines can help separate sales processes across different business areas, locations, or stages within the sales process.

Use the filter to choose the pipeline you want to view.

How to understand the pipe view

The Pipeline defines the process from a Lead to a Won assignment, as well as tracking a project's progress through different phases after it is won. It includes all stages of the sales process. You can easily move a project between stages in the pipeline by dragging and dropping.

By hovering over the i-icon, you see project details.

To view more details about each step in the Pipe feature, hover your mouse over the pipeline headings to access additional information.

Each step of the project includes details about the estimated values. If values are entered in the "Estimated Value" field, they will be factored into the weighted value calculation. The weighted value is determined by multiplying the total estimated value by the probability percentage of the pipeline or specific project. If a probability is assigned to a project, it will be included in the value calculation at that step.

The information that is shown:

  • The describing text can be used in Pipe through Administration, such as checklists, instructions to the seller of what needs to be met in this step, and what qualifies a project for the next step in the pipeline.

  • A summary of the estimated values and the weighted values put in the projects.

  • A visual feature displays the estimated values of projects, helping sales representatives identify the most valuable assignments. If an expected completion date is set, it will appear on the assignment card to the left. If the date has passed, it will be highlighted in red, signaling the need for action. On the right side of the card, you can see the last update or change to the project, providing insight into assignments that may require attention.

How to work with the pipeline when integrating Cinode with another CRM

In this video, we introduce you to how to utilize Cinode when you have a separate CRM. When you have a separate CRM and your sales process has reached the level where you want to start staffing it to offer your consultants to your customer, you can have an API or webbook setup that will then recreate the project within Cinode.
