Pipelines in Cinode represent the structured process from a Lead to a Won assignment, outlining each stage of your sales journey. They help visualise your projects' progression and provide actionable insights at each step.
Unlike traditional list views, the Pipe view displays projects as individual cards, allowing for an intuitive, visual representation of each project's current status within the sales process.
Navigating the Pipe View
The pipe view allows you to visualise and manage project progress with a drag-and-drop interface.
Key Features
Drag and Drop: Move projects between stages easily.
Project Details (i-icon): Hover over the “i” icon on a project card to view:
Step Insights: Hover over pipeline headers to view step-specific descriptions, such as requirements or tips for moving forward.
Estimated and Weighted Values:
If an Estimated Value is entered, it contributes to the Weighted Value.
Weighted Value = Estimated Value × Probability (either pipeline-defined or project-specific).
Viewing Additional Information
Each project card includes:
Estimated Value Summary: Visual indicators based on project value to help prioritise high-value assignments.
Expected Close Date: Displayed on the left side of the card. Overdue dates appear in red.
Last Updated Timestamp: Shown on the right side of the card, highlighting inactive projects.
Filtering the Pipe View
You can filter the Pipe view by any field on a project, including custom fields your organisation has set up, to narrow down the cards you see.
Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the Pipe view, next to the search field. This opens a panel with a list of saved filters on the left and every available filter field on the right.
To filter by a custom field:
Click the filter icon in the top-right corner of the Pipe view.
In the field list on the right, find the custom field you want to filter by. Scroll down if it is not immediately visible.
Toggle the field on. It appears as a new filter next to the existing filters, such as Pipeline, Status, and Priority, in the bar above the pipe.
Click the new filter and select the value you want to filter the projects by.
ℹ️ Custom fields are listed together with standard fields such as Status and Priority. They are not grouped separately or labelled as custom, so look for the field by the name it was given when it was created.
To reuse the same combination of filters later, save it from the Saved filters panel. See Project Search for how to save and share filters.
Editing a Project’s Pipeline
To move a project to a different pipeline:
Open the project.
Click the Edit button (top-right corner).
Update the pipeline as needed.
