You can use Recruitment in Cinode to work on candidates.

Initially, you need to set up a recruitment pipeline. A recruitment pipeline is the same as your recruitment process. You can work with one or several pipelines. Different business areas, different locations or different recruitment processes can be reasons for working with multiple pipelines.

The recruitment feature has three views:

  1. List: Displays all candidates. Sort by pipeline, responsible person, source, office location, or status.

  2. Pipe: Shows the visual stages of candidates in the selected pipeline. Sort by pipeline, responsible person, source, office location, last activity, or status. Drag and drop to move candidates.

  3. Events: Overview of all events, with expired details at the top. Sort by status, type, creation date, event date, responsible person, and recruiter.Without a recruitment pipe, you cannot add new candidates. If application forms are used, they have to be connected to a recruitment pipeline.

Step 1: Create a recruitment pipe

Step 2: Connect your pipe to an application form

This step is an option if you aim to connect your pipe to an application form. If not, go to step 3.

An application form can be connected to a job application, a trainee program, or an event, as long as there is a pipe associated with the application.

Step 3: Get started with your candidates

Candidates can be added directly in Cinode or be connected digitally using an application form.
