Using Sources to Track and Analyze Candidate Application Channels

Sources can be leveraged to gather valuable statistics on how candidates find and apply to your company. By analyzing source data, you can identify which channels are most effective in attracting new talent. Effectively utilizing this information allows you to better understand and optimize your recruitment strategies, ensuring you attract the best candidates through the most efficient channels.

Adding Sources to Candidates:

  1. Tagging Candidates:

    • By adding Sources to your candidates, you can filter and organize them in both the Recruitment list view and the pipeline view.

    • The Source filter is located in the filter section and can be made visible by clicking the filter icon and toggling Source.

    • Once visible, you can select the Source filter and apply other settings to list your candidates.

Creating a List of Sources:

  • In the Administration function, accessible to users with CompanyAdmin rights, you can create and manage the table of sources.

  • These sources will appear as a selectable list in the Source field on the candidate detail interface.

Assigning a Source to a Candidate:

  • Open the candidate's detail page.

  • Set the Source for the candidate by choosing from the list of sources created in the Administration function.
