To use saved and shared filters, you need access to the relevant view (for example Planner) and permission to save personal views. Sharing filters makes them visible to colleagues who have access to the same view and data.
Saving filters allows you to quickly return to your preferred view setup without reapplying the same settings. You can also share smart filters with colleagues, making it easier for teams to work with consistent views and data across Cinode.
Save a filter in a view
You can save filters in most views across Cinode, such as Planner, Forecast, or other list and planning views.
Open the relevant view, for example Planner, and select the Forecast tab.
Apply the filters you want to save. For example:
Display as: Month
Bookings: Definitive
Delivery: Business Industrial
Click the filter menu icon on the far right of the view.
Select Save as.
Enter a name and an optional description for the filter.
Choose one of the following:
Share with colleagues β makes the filter available to others.
Leave unchecked β saves the filter for your personal use only.
Click Save.
Your filter is now stored and can be reused at any time.
Use saved and shared filters
Once a filter is saved, you can easily switch between your own filters and those shared by colleagues.
Open the same view again.
Click the filter menu icon on the right.
Select one of your saved filters from the list.
To see filters shared by colleagues, open the Shared section.
Select a shared filter to apply it to your current view.
Shared filters help teams work with the same perspectives and reduce the need to explain complex filter setups repeatedly.
Notes and best practices
You can save multiple filters per view to support different ways of working.
Filters are view-specific and will only appear in the view where they were created.
Shared filters are read-only for colleagues; only the creator can edit or delete them.
