Booking Candidates onto Project Roles
In addition to employees and subcontractors, candidates can now be booked directly onto project assignment roles. This makes it possible to include candidates in your resource planning while the recruitment process is still ongoing — without converting them first.
When booking from a project role, candidates will appear as an option alongside employees and subcontractors. Once booked, the candidate will be visible in the booking drawer with their full date range displayed.
💡 Booking a candidate does not convert them to an employee or subcontractor. They remain in the Recruit module until you explicitly convert them.
