The Win/Loss report helps you understand why projects succeed or fail. By reviewing the data, you can see at which stage projects were won or lost, identify recurring reasons, and export results for further analysis.
Go to Reports > Projects > Win/Loss to open the Win/Loss report.
Using the Report
The results are displayed in two pie charts:
By reason – shows why projects were won or lost.
By pipeline stage – shows at which stage projects were won or lost.
Hover over a section of the pie chart to see its percentage.
Below the charts, you will also find a detailed list of all projects included in the report.
Filtering Options
Use filters to narrow down results by:
Period (required)
Customer
Status reason
Pipeline
Sales responsible
If no projects have been marked as won or lost in the selected period, no results will appear.
Pipelines and Stages
Pipeline stages are defined in Administration > Process > Pipelines.
You must have the Admin role to configure pipelines.
