1. CV Import
CV Import – where manual effort is decreased, and productivity is valued. With CV Import, you have the power to automatically have skills imported and even ranked based on experience level.
Purpose: Favour the important CV making.
Functionality: A tool for quickly uploading and integrating CV data into Cinode to be searchable.
Benefits: Saves time and ensures that all skills are immediately identifiable and accessible.
Please note, CV Import is designed to streamline your workflow only if a profile text or CV has not yet been created. This is regardless of language.
How to:
The CV-import in Cinode will let you create a CV in seconds regardless if it's an employee, candidate, or subcontractor. This function means you can easily upload an existing CV into Cinode and start working with the data digitally immediately.

2. Auto-Feed CV's
Note! Only available for users who work with projects and role booking in Cinode.
Purpose: Keep the CV up-to-date automatically.
Functionality: When a role is booked, auto-populates the CV with the relevant, structured role descriptions, ensuring the CV is always current.
Benefits: Minimize manual CV updates and keeps the CV aligned with real-time professional development.
How to:
Once you're confirmed for a role, you can directly import it into your CV and profile. This import includes the role's description, dates, and title.
Select "Add from Booking"
Pick the confirmed role(s).
💡 this can be used to keep the data structured and the same throughout the organization.
3. Control The Skills Library
With skill sets, you can easily add the skills predetermined by your company standards in both profile, CVs as well as in the role requirements. The skill sets report helps managers analyze the internal skill supply and gives a clear overview of the skill levels in the organization.
Purpose: Maintain a comprehensive skills database.
Functionality: Offers to manage and oversee an individual’s skill sets, facilitating a quick update and retrieval of skill information.
Benefits: Leads to improved workflow efficiency, maintains high-quality system data, and provides clear oversight of skills.
How to:
The skill sets will easily help you as manager, employees and subcontractors to add skills. You can add skills from the skill sets in several places in Cinode:
CV (Skills by category, skills connected to project & skills block)
Profile
Dashboard
Growth plan
Role skills requirements
4. AI Skills Extraction
Purpose: Accurately represent skills and experiences.
Functionality: AI algorithms identify and emphasize skills from the CV text, considering context and relevance to roles.
Benefits: Enhances visibility in role searches and skill-based filtering, improving match accuracy.
How to:
Skills extraction is a powerful feature to use to identify and highlight relevant skills in a project context. This means that it will automatically pinpoint specific skills and add them to the project from the text.
Click on the button "🪄 import most relevant" or click on the arrow to choose all skills from the text.
Once you've gathered all the skills, you can opt to retain all of them or remove some before hitting the save button.
5. Boost CV with AI
Enrich or summarize text to fit your purpose.
Purpose: Enhance the presentation of skills and experiences.
Functionality: An intelligent assistant suggests additions or changes to a CV, tailoring content based on the job market and specific opportunities.
Benefits: Results in a more appealing and focused CV, potentially increasing job match success rates.
How to:
Choose the amount of characters and AI will offer you suggestions (which you can accept and save or regenerate until your satisfied.)
6. CV AI translation
Take your career international - your linguistic wizard is by your side.
Purpose: Eliminate language barriers in CVs.
Functionality: Instantaneous, AI-driven translation services to convert CV content into multiple languages without losing the essence of the qualifications and experiences.
Benefits: Increases global reach and makes candidate profiles accessible to international markets.
The buttons are visible in both the CVs and Profiles.

When you are in edit mode, you will be able to see the AI text buttons:
To translate your CV or profile, click "translate." The translation will match the language of your CV template. For a Swedish CV from an English one, first create a Swedish CV template, then translate each section individually.
Check the text first and then click on "use text" to insert the translated text.
To regenerate, click on the arrows; to make changes, click on the pen.
