Access the AI feature settings under Administration > Company > Features. Here, you can enable each AI feature as it becomes available.

Once you have activated the AI text tool, you can harness its capabilities to adapt and optimize various text-related tasks, including translations and summaries.

When translating or summarizing a text in Cinode, it's only the description for that specific box that will be sent to OpenAI.

Once enabled, the AI text tool smoothly integrates into your current workflow in Cinode.

The buttons are visible in both the CVs and Profiles.

Click on the pen to edit:

When you are in edit mode, you will be able to see the AI text buttons:

Improve - Improving the text by correcting grammatical errors, sentence structure and word choice.

Translate - Translates into the language used in that specific profile or CV.

Characters - Adjusts the text to the desired character specified.

To translate your CV or profile, click "translate." The translation will match the language of your CV template. For a Swedish CV from an English one, first create a Swedish CV template, then translate each section individually.

Check the text first and then click on "use text" to insert the translated text.

To regenerate, click on the arrows; to make changes, click on the pen.

You can also expand or reduce the text by selecting the desired number of characters.

Skills extraction is a powerful feature to use to identify and highlight relevant skills in a project context. This means that it will automatically pinpoint specific skills and add them to the project from the text.

Click on the button "🪄 import most relevant" or click on the arrow to choose all skills from the text.

Adds the ability to generate relevant skills to roles that are created in Cinode based on title and description. This will make the matching more precise for your consultants and make them searchable when publishing your roles in the partner network.
You can add the skills while creating the role or when it's already been created.

While creating the role you will have a box for if you want to add the skills:

Content is tailored to match your resume title, auto-filling sections like Highlighted Work Experience, Skills by Category, and Top Skills.

Note:
As before, the generated content will need adjustments for character limits in the highlighted work experience section. Additionally, if many skills match the CV title, you may need to remove some to ensure they fit on the first page.

Based on the title "project manager" in this case, it will pick out the skills into skills by category and choose two highlighted projects.

You'll now have a completed CV or at least a solid foundation to build on.🚀
