Enhances your text by:
Correcting grammar and improving sentence structure.
Translating content into the language set for each CV or profile.
Adapting the text to match specific character limits.
🤖 AI Skills Tool for CVs and Profiles
Automatically suggests relevant skills based on the descriptions of work experience.
🤖 AI Skills Generation for Roles
Generates relevant skills based on the role title and description—enhancing searchability and matching accuracy.
🤖 AI Content Generation for CVs
Automatically populates sections such as Highlighted Work Experience, Skills by Category, and Top Skills, based on the CV title and profile data.
Note: Character limits may still apply, especially in the Highlighted Work Experience section. You may need to trim or adjust the content accordingly.

Activating AI Features
Navigate to Administration > Company > Features to enable each AI module.
Using AI Text Tool
Once activated, the AI Text Tool integrates directly into your workflow in both CVs and Profiles.
Click the pen icon to enter edit mode.
AI buttons will appear:
Improve – Refines grammar, structure, and word choice.
Translate – Matches the target language of the CV or profile.
Characters – Adjusts the text length to a specified character count.
To translate, first ensure the correct CV template (e.g., Swedish for Swedish output) is in place. Translate each section individually. Review and click "Use text" to confirm changes.
To regenerate content, click the arrows icon. To make edits, click the pen icon again.
AI Skills Extraction for CVs and Profiles
Automatically extract and add relevant skills from project descriptions:
Click 🪄 Import Most Relevant or use the arrow to select all skills from the text.
AI Skills Generation for Roles
Improve role visibility and matching:
While creating or editing a role, use the AI tool to add skills based on the title and description.
Skills can be added during initial setup or later via the Skills Requirement section.
AI Content Generation for CVs
Based on the CV title (e.g., Project Manager), the AI:
Identifies and categorises matching skills.
Selects two projects for the Highlighted Work Experience.
Populates Skills by Category and Top Skills sections.
To update an existing CV, click "Generate with AI" again for refreshed content.
Data Security & Privacy
Only the content from the specific text field you're editing (e.g., a description box) is sent to OpenAI. For more details, refer to OpenAI’s data security policies.
