Add skills from Skill Sets to your profile and CV

Use company-approved skills in your profile, CV, dashboard, and growth plan

Skill Sets make it easy to add skills that are predefined by your organisation. They help ensure that skills are added consistently and according to company standards.

By using Skill Sets, you can quickly add relevant skills and skill levels, while managers get a clear overview of the organisation’s overall skill supply through reporting.


Where can you add skills from Skill Sets?

As an employee or subcontractor, you can add skills from Skill Sets in several places:

  • Profile

  • CV (Resume)

  • Dashboard (Overview)

  • Growth plan

The process is similar in all views, but the context differs slightly depending on where you add the skills.


Add skills from Skill Sets to your profile or CV ✍️📄

You can add skills from Skill Sets in your Profile or CV from the following sections:

  • Projects and assignments

  • Skills

In a CV, you can also add skills from Skill Sets to:

  • Highlighted projects

How it works

  1. Go to Projects and assignments or Skills in your profile or CV

  2. Click Add from Skill Sets

  3. Select the Skill Set you want to add skills from

    • Example: Front End Developer

  4. You will see all skills included in the selected Skill Set

    • If a skill already exists in your profile, it will be marked with “This skill already exists in the profile”

  5. Select the skills you want to add

    • You can select individual skills or click Select all

    • Set a skill level for each selected skill

    • Optionally mark skills as favourites ⭐

  6. Click OK when you are done

  7. Click Save or Save to…

Important to know 💡

  • Save updates the current CV only. If you have only one CV, the changes are also saved to your profile.

  • Save to many… adds the skills to your profile and to all selected CVs

Using Save to… ensures your skills are available across multiple CVs and in your profile.


Add skills from Skill Sets in your dashboard 🏠

You can also add skills directly from your Dashboard (Overview).

  1. Go to Home → Dashboard
    (This view is personalised and may be hidden depending on your setup)

  2. Click Add from Skill Sets

  3. Select the Skill Set you want to add skills from

  4. Choose the skills, set levels, and mark favourites if needed

  5. Click OK

  6. Click Save or Save to…

This is a quick way to update your skills without navigating through your profile or CV.


Add skills from Skill Sets to your growth plan 🌱

Skill Sets can also be used when working with your Growth plan.

Using Skill Sets in your growth plan helps you:

  • Focus on skills your organisation wants to develop

  • Align personal development with company goals

  • Add relevant skills in a structured way

The process for adding skills from Skill Sets in the growth plan follows the same pattern:
select a Skill Set, choose skills, set levels, and save.
