When you send for a new password it is important that you before check that you are using the right login credential. You need to be on the log-in page for your company to receive the e-mail if you are registered to two comapnies. In this case, Scroll down to "How do I know which company name and URL to use?"
To reset your password;
go to app.cinode.com
type in your email adress and click forgot password
next click "continue".
If you do not receive an e-mail;
your company may be using SSO, contact your internal IT.
Make sure you are using the email adress that you used when registered.
Check you draft email.
It is also possible for an administrator to Cinode to change your password.
You may be registered in several company, in this case you will need to type the correct company URL, read below.
How do I know which company name and URL to use?
As a user, you can be a member of multiple companies. If you are a member of several companies in Cinode, you must enter the correct URL for the company you want to log in to.
The unique company name was predefined in Cinode when your company account was created. If you do not know it, you can request a URL containing the pre-defined company name.
Here is how to request the URLs of all companies you are a member of:
Go to https://app.cinode.com/org.
Fill in your email address (make sure you are using the same email as when you registered) and click on ‘Send you a reminder’ at the bottom (view image).
In the pop-up window, fill in your email address again and click ‘Send’ (view image).
You will then receive an email listing the URLs of the companies that you are a member of.
In the email that is sent, look for the URL to the company you wish to log in to. Click the link to be redirected to the selected company's specific login page and log in with your user credentials. Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
