Once a candidate has been invited and created a profile, they can be converted into either an employee or a subcontractor within your company. This eliminates the need for the consultant to fill out a profile again.
By clicking the "Convert" button, you can designate the candidate as either an Employee or a Subcontractor. If converted to an Employee, the new hire will be assigned to the specified team. If converted to a Subcontractor, the profile will be located in the Partner module under Subcontractors.
Book a candidate onto a role before converting
You don't have to convert a candidate before involving them in project planning. Candidates can now be booked directly onto project assignment roles while they are still in the recruitment process.
This means you can tentatively plan a candidate into a project — and then convert them to an employee or subcontractor later when the time is right. The booking will remain in place after conversion.
