The WIn/Loss report helps analyze why candidates were won or lost, showing the stages and standout status reasons. Results are displayed in two pie charts:

To find the win/loss report, go to Reports > Recruitment. Use filters for period, status reason, pipeline, or recruiter.
Hover over the charts to see percentages. Below the charts, a detailed candidate list is available.
