Which emails are sent and when?
An email notification is sent to the contact person in the company when sending an invitation to the Partner Network.
When a role announcement or role request is sent to a partner, an email notification is sent to the responsible person for partner X.
When the announcement is sent to the Partner Network, an email notification is sent to the responsible person for partner X and the contact person set in the Administration - Network.
When responding to a role request (with or without a consultant/subcontractor), only the contact person of the role announcement/request will receive an email notification.
When a consultant/subcontractor is definitively booked for a role, the contact person of the role announcement/request will receive an email notification.
There are notable cases where emails are not sent:
When accepting a response and selecting a Preliminary booking.
When rejecting a request (only a partner can reject a request).
When editing a response.
When rejecting a received response.
When revoking or closing a request as the sending company.
When revoking a sent response.
How to get emails regarding announced assignments
Do you want to receive emails with notifications about assignments from other companies in the Cinode partner network?
Then add your contact information to your company partner network side.
How to turn off email notifications
At My account you are able to select/turn off which events in Cinode you would like to receive/not receive e-mail notifications from. You can change your preferences at any time.
You can turn off notifications from:
โ Partners
โ Shared requests
โ The Cinode partner Network.
You are also able to choose how often you want to receive emails for announced roles to the Cinode Partner Network. You can choose between three different interval settings, either instantly as they are announced or as a daily- or weekly summary.
When you are the contact person in the Cinode Partner Network, you will automatically receive email notifications regarding invites and role requests from the Partner Network. If you want to turn them off go to 'My account'.
To stop getting notifications - Go to 'My Account'.
Click on your name at the top right
Click 'My account'
3. Click the tab 'Notifications'
4. Select/remove the notifications you do not wish to receive/not receive.
