How to log in to Cinode:
To log in to Cinode, go to:
https://app.cinode.com/start and enter your email address. (Remember to use the email address you used when you registered.)
When typing your email address, you will get one of three options:
Password – Here you will type your password to log in.
Single Sign-On – You will be directly logged in to Cinode if your company is using Single Sign-On. If you are having issues to login through SSO, contact your internal IT.
Company URL and Password – You will specify your company’s URL, and in the next step, type your password. If you do not know the company URL, scroll down to read more.
Are having issues with your login?
If you are having issues logging, it may be due to one of these reasons:
1. You are using the wrong email adress - make sure you are using the email adress that you used when registered.
2. You did not get an reset email when clicking "forgot password?

Check you draft email.
3. If you diid not get an reset email, your company may be using SSO, contact your internal IT.
4. You may be registered in several company, in this case you will need to type the correct company URL, read below.
How do I know which company name and URL to use?
As a user, you can be a member of multiple companies. If you are a member of several companies in Cinode, you must enter the correct URL for the company you want to log in to.
The unique company name was predefined in Cinode when your company account was created. If you do not know it, you can request a URL containing the pre-defined company name.
Here is how to request the URLs of all companies you are a member of:
Go to https://app.cinode.com/org.
Fill in your email address (make sure you are using the same email as when you registered) and click on ‘Send you a reminder’ at the bottom (view image).
In the pop-up window, fill in your email address again and click ‘Send’ (view image).
You will then receive an email listing the URLs of the companies that you are a member of.
In the email that is sent, look for the URL to the company you wish to log in to. Click the link to be redirected to the selected company's specific login page and log in with your user credentials. Alternatively, if you have forgotten your password, you can reset it.
