You can manage your company's address details and other organisational information in Cinode by navigating to Administration > Company and selecting the General tab. Here, you can set up and manage different types of addresses.
If you need to update your organisation number, VAT registration number, or company name in Cinode, please let us know. We will be happy to assist you with these changes.
Updating or Adding Addresses
Cinode allows you to manage several address types:
Other Address:
Add any additional addresses for informational purposes only. These addresses are displayed within this interface and are not used elsewhere in Cinode.Street Address:
Enter your company's primary street address. This is typically the main address displayed on your company’s profile and resumes. You can edit this address yourself; however, if you need to completely change your main address, please contact Cinode Support.Invoice Address:
Enter your company’s invoice address for reference. This is for informational purposes within Cinode.Location:
Add locations that can be assigned to your employees and subcontractors. This helps you view and filter employees and subcontractors by location in various Cinode features, such as search and planning tools.
How to Add a New Address in Cinode
Click the plus (+) icon.
Select the address type (see descriptions above).
Enter the street address, postal code, and city.
For Location, only the City field is required, as this will be displayed as the location. If the country should be shown as the location, enter the country name in this field instead.
Optionally, add comments—these are only visible within the Administration interface.
To edit or remove addresses, click the three-dot icon next to the address entry.
Setting Locations for Employees
Go to Administration > Users and select the Employees tab.
Choose the relevant employee, click the three dots, and select Edit.
Enter the location in the Location field and click Save.
Setting Locations for Subcontractors
Go to Network > Subcontractor.
Click the three dots next to the relevant subcontractor and select Edit.
Choose the office location. Note that you can only select from locations previously added under Administration > Company > Addresses.
