Be a Customer-responsible
As a Sales representative, you can easily list your clients by selecting your name in the filter Responsible. The customer responsible will be added to the customer card on the icon with the dots up in the right corner of the screen. Select Edit customer responsible.
To be able to remove a customer, you need to be the customer responsible or have the permission level of an Administrator of Cinode.
As a customer responsible, you will automatically follow the customer. If you wish to follow them manually, click the eye icon in the top right corner.
Not following: By default, you will not receive notifications, however - if you are assigned to an event (meeting, note, task) you will start receiving notifications.
Following: You receive all notifications for the current company as specified above.
Ignoring: In contrast to "Not following", you will not receive any notifications even if you are assigned to an event.
Tips: If you are responsible for or have an interest in a lot of customers, it could be wise to select the ones that you want to subscribe to (for instance customers of extra importance) instead of subscribing to all which would generate a lot of e-mail notifications.

Customer Tag
To be able to create your own categories for customers you can work with tags. That makes it possible to select these groups by tags through several filters in Cinode.
β
There is no limit on how many tags you can create or what to call them.
You can add a new tag by click 'add tag' or adding an already existing tag.
Add a tag for the customer view by choosing 'Edit tag'.
Search for a tag, and click 'Save'
In the Customer Overview, there is, for example, an advantage of tagging A-customers, RAM agreements, or in what industries the customers are present. By listing customers you quickly are presented with all customers who belong to the respective category the tag refers to.
By clicking on a tag you get an overview of all areas where the tag exists.
