To be able to create your own categories for customers you can work with tags. That makes it possible to select these groups by tags through several filters in Cinode.

There is no limit on how many tags you can create or what to call them.

You can add a new tag by click 'add tag' or adding an already existing tag.

Add a tag for the customer view by choosing 'Edit tag'.

Search for a tag, and click 'Save'

In the Customer Overview, there is, for example, an advantage of tagging A-customers, RAM agreements, or in what industries the customers are present. By listing customers you quickly are presented with all customers who belong to the respective category the tag refers to.

By clicking on a tag you get an overview of all areas where the tag exists.
