Create and manage project case studies. Reference texts will become Case Studies as the feature evolves.
Case Studies help you showcase completed projects by describing the customer’s challenge, your solution, and the value delivered. They are designed to make it easier to present your company’s experience to prospects, customers, and colleagues.
Case Studies are currently available as Reference texts in Cinode. While the interface still uses the name Reference texts, the feature is evolving into Case Studies as part of a broader project packaging experience. In the future, Case Studies will be able to utilise project information and related data to create richer and more consistent customer-facing presentations.
What are Reference texts (Case Studies)?
Reference texts, soon to be known as Case Studies, let you document the outcome of a project in a structured and reusable format. They can be used to describe a customer’s challenge, the solution your organisation delivered, and the results achieved.
Today, each Reference text is connected to a specific project and can be managed individually. Over time, the feature will become more integrated with project data, making it easier to build comprehensive project presentations using both written content and associated project information.

Looking ahead
Reference texts are the first step towards the new Case Studies experience.
As the feature evolves, Case Studies will become a more integrated part of project packaging. Instead of relying solely on manually written text, they will be able to incorporate project information, custom fields, and other related data to create richer, more consistent project presentations for proposals, customer meetings, and other business material.
