Exporting Data from Cinode

How to download company, project, and user information for reporting and analysis

Exporting data from Cinode allows you to back up information, analyse performance, and share reports with colleagues or stakeholders. You can export a wide range of data sets, from employee skills to customer contacts, in a structured format for use in external tools such as Excel or BI systems.

Note: You must be an Administrator to access the Administration section and perform the actions described below.


Accessing the Export Function

  1. From the left-hand menu, go to AdministrationData.

  2. The Export page will list all available export categories, grouped by type.

  3. Find the dataset you wish to export and click Export to….

  4. Select one of the available formats:

Tips for Exporting Data

  • Select the right format: Use Excel for editing, CSV for importing, ODS for open-source tools, and JSON for integrations.

  • Keep data secure: Follow your organisation’s data protection policies when handling exports.
