In the report section, you can view all the certifications added to the profiles of employees in your organization. You can see all certificates, which employee they belong to, the year they were obtained, and manage exports of the report. Clicking on a certification provides more details, such as expiration date, issuer, and code.
Add certification to your profile:
Navigate to:
Home > Profile
Click the table of contents to navigate to Courses & Certifications
The report results are based on employee profiles, with recommendations provided based on colleagues' information.
Certifications report:
Navigate to Reports:
Go to Reports > Competences > Certifications tab
Using the Filter Function:
Search by Certificate: Find which employees have a specific certificate.
Search by Employee: Find all certificates an employee has.
Filter by Teams: View all certificates within a team.
Search by Year: Find when certificates were obtained and their expiration status.
Export: Export the report to Excel.
Employee Profile: Click on an employee to view their profile.
If you filter on period you will see what expires during that time. In the example below you, you see that in one year 3 users have Scrum Master Certificate, whereof 1 is active, 1 will expire during this year and 1 has expired.
