Go to Reports > recruitment to find the win/loss report
In this report, you can analyze the reason why the candidate won or lost. From the result, you can see in which stage they won or lost or if there is a status reason for the loss/win that stands out. Export the list or use the pie charts in Cinode to get an overall picture.
The result is displayed in two comprehensive pie charts:
By reason
By pipeline stage
Hover over the pie charts to see the percentage
Below the pie charts, you can also view a more detailed list of information of the candidates.
Use the filter to see the desired result for the period, customer, status reason, pipeline or sales responsible.
