Available List provides an easy overview of who is available and who is not.

Available List

The available list, allows managers to quickly see which consultants are available for new projects, making it easier to allocate resources with the right skills efficiently and reduce time to find a consultant without an assignment.

Book the consultant directly from this view or create an event by click on the name.

Navigate to Planner and the tab Availble tab to view who is available.


Why the Available List is Needed

  • Availability: Provides a clear overview of which consultants are available for new assignments.

  • Planning: Helps plan internal projects and skill development during periods without client assignments.

  • Efficiency: Reduces financial losses and maintains high morale by keeping consultants engaged and productive.


How to work with the list

Use the filter options to make your search more relevant to what you are looking for.

Available Filter:

  • Period - See availability during the chosen period.

  • Teams

  • Office location

  • Availability - use min and max to find a match

  • Absence

  • Skills

  • Tags

In the overview:

  • Roles show if the consultant is booked on any roles. Hover over the dots to see more information.
    Green - Definitely booked
    Blue - Preliminary booked

  • Location shows the location of the consultant.

  • Available from - based on the date on the user's details.

  • The availability is shown for today. In this example, John Lockne is 50% available today, and the period shows that John Lockne is 66% available in the coming three months


Settings

Click the settings in the bottom right to columns you want to show or hide in your overview

Export the list

Click on the button at the bottom of the page to export the list to Excel. Only the filtered result will be exported.


Use the drawer to book an event, assign a role, view skills or have a discussion.

Click on the name to open the "drawer" – here you can view profile details, see booked roles, book roles, create an event, view skills, or discuss the consultant.
