Invite Partner
Who get the invite
There are three ways to invite a partner in Cinode:
Have a Cinode account and are visible in the partner network
Have a Cinode account but not visible in the partner network
Does not have a Cinode Account but can create Cinode free
Have a Cinode account and are visible in the partner network
Find the partner in the Partner Network to send an invite.
📨 The contact persons on the network page will receive an email.
If you have several company´s you need too choose for which company
2. Have a Cinode account but not visible in the partner network
Add the partner to your partner list and click on "invite" to send a message.
If the receiver has an account they are redirected to their Cinode account to accept the invite.

When you have sent an invite to an email and that person is not partner manager at that company they can forward to the right person.
3. Does not have a Cinode Account but can create Cinode free
The email that you have added as a receiver will get an email and have the possibility to add a Cinode account.

Who receive the invite
When you click on the invitation in the email, you get to the Partner Network page.
If the partner is not visible on the network you need to filter on Invite received as below.
If they are visible in the partner network you will see information about the company. Click on the button in the upper right corner.
Accepted Partner Invite
The person who sent the invite will receive an email when the partner invite is answered.
Note! Other contact persons who received the invitation do not receive a notification that the partner has been verified.
The status in the partner list has now changed to "Connected".
Connected and green - means that you have set a trust for each other
Connected and grey - Means that you have not set trust to each other
