The report Pipe history for Recruitment gives you the possibility to analyze the flow of candidates through your pipe/s during a given time. Reach the report via Report – Recruitment

The report can be used to analyze:

  • Bottleneck stages in our process and which stages to streamline.

  • Our effectiveness in moving candidates forward in the process. Can we become more efficient?

  • The timeframe for a candidate staying in one stage before heading forward.

  • The amount of won and lost candidates during a given time.

  • How efficient a Recruitment responsible is or a group of Recruitment responsible are when working with their candidates.

The report measures movements of candidates from one stage to the next in your recruitment process are analyzed and shown in percent. The formula for the calculation is:

The number of candidates moved from stage 1 to stage 2

The total number of candidates in stage 1 under a given time

To be included in the calculation above the candidate needs to be submitted one step at the time. By using the three filter choices Pipe, Period and Recruitment responsible, you can modify the information shown in the report. The possibility to analyze each process, different periods and/or Recruitment responsible arises.

The different figures in the report are explained below:

  1. The figure describes how many new candidates added to this stage.

  2. The percentage of candidates that was moving forward from the previous stage. By hovering, the number used in the calculation is shown.

  3. The number explains how many candidates that have been added or moved to this stage. A movement can imply that a candidate is transferred to the next stage, backward, or several stages forward. A candidate moved from Interview to Screening increase the number by one in the Screening stage. A candidate moved several stages, e.g. from Screening to Offer without striking the intermediate stages, increases the number by one in the Offer stage. The candidate is then not involved in the percentage figure that is shown between the previous stages.

  4. The figure illustrates the number of days a candidate has been in the previous stage.

  5. The figure present how many candidates that have been Won (got status Won) or Lost (got status Rejected by Us or Rejected by Candidate) during the given time.

  6. The filter choices decide which pipe to be analyzed, which period (start- and end date) and recruitment responsible the report should be based on.

Below the report a list of the candidates included in the report presents. Note that the status of the candidate in the list below is not necessarily the same as during the period of the report. The list visualizes the current status (today's date) of the candidate.
