The Sales Report aggregates order values during a selected period and is based on the date a project changes status. By applying various filters, you can analyse values over a specific timeframe, per salesperson, customer, pipeline, and more.

By default, the report is filtered to show:

  • Status: Won

  • Status updated: Last 7 days

Navigate to Reports > Projects, then select the Sales tab.

Use filters to tailor the report to your needs. Below are common use cases.

For a Particular Salesperson

  • Filter by the responsible salesperson

  • Set the desired date range

For a Particular Pipeline

  • Select the relevant pipeline

  • Specify the date range

For a Particular Customer

  • Choose the customer

  • Specify the date range

For Lost Orders

  • Set Status to Lost

  • Define the date range

For Won Orders

  • Set Status to Won

  • Define the date range

For Subcontractor Projects

  • Set Resource to Subcontractor

  • Define the date range

Report Summary

The report provides an overview of submitted projects, displaying the following information:

  • Project: Includes both the project name and associated customer.

  • Salespipe/Stage: Shows the sales pipeline and stage. For won or lost projects, it indicates the stage at which the outcome was set.

  • Close Date: The actual or expected closing date of the project.

  • Estimated Close Value: Based on either a manually defined probability or the default probability of the current pipeline step.

  • Calculated Value: The expected value derived from the roles involved, using extent and price for the calculation.

  • Margin: The calculated value minus the self-cost assigned to the consultant. This cost is defined per hour under Administration > Employee.

  • Status: Reflects the date the project was marked as Won, Lost, or last updated while Open.
