This language report helps streamline resource allocation and enhances understanding of language capabilities across your organization, supporting effective workforce planning and management.

To effectively manage language skills across your organization and understand capabilities among employees and subcontractors, follow these steps to view and export language skills.

How to use the language report:

  1. Navigate to Reports:

    • Go to Reports > Competences in the menu and elect the Languages tab.

  2. Using the Filter Function:

    • Search for a Specific Language: Locate employees or subcontractors who possess a particular language skill.

    • Filter on Resources: Choose to filter by employees, subcontractors, or both.

    • Filter by Team: Narrow down language skills by specific teams within your organization.

  3. Example Scenario:

    If filtered on "Employees" within your organization:

    • You will see a list of employees who have listed language skills.

    • The report will show how many employees are proficient in each language.

    • For example, you might find that there are 4 employees who speak French.

    • Clicking on "French" will display these employees and their respective language proficiency levels.

4. Viewing Proficiency Levels:

  • For each language skill (e.g., French), you can view the breakdown of proficiency levels among employees.

  • Example: 1 employees have "Full professional proficiency" in French,1 employee have " Professional working proficiency, 1 have "Elementary proficiency anf the lasy has No proficiency.
