Upload images for employees in Cinode

Add or update profile and CV images for your colleagues

You need Admin permission rights in Cinode to upload images for employees through Administration.

Managers and Team Managers can upload CV images for employees directly in the CV editor. For detailed instructions, see the separate article on editing employee's CVs.


Upload an image for an employee

  1. Go to Administration > User > Images.

  2. Click the + button.

  3. Click or drag and drop to upload the image.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Crop the photo if needed, then click Crop.

  6. Assign the image to an employee.

  7. Tick the box Use as primary if you want this to be the employee’s main image.

  8. Click Save.


Image requirements

  • Minimum size: 100 × 100 pixels

  • Maximum file size: 5 MB

  • Recommended size: 200 × 200 to 600 × 600 pixels for best results


Change the primary image

  1. Go back to the Images tab.

  2. Click the three dots next to the image you want to set as primary.

  3. Select Use as primary image.
