Welcome to Cinode! 🎉

If you’ve just received a welcome email from us, it means someone has created a Cinode account for you—great news! This guide walks you through what the email means and how to get started.

Step 1: Check Your Email

You will receive an email with the subject line indicating that a Cinode account has been set up for you. It will include:

  • A short greeting

  • The name of the person who created your account

  • A green Get started button to access your account

💡 Tip: If you don’t see the email, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 2: Click "Get started"

Click the Get started button in the email to begin setting up your Cinode account. You’ll be redirected to a secure login page where you can choose how to sign in, typically via email and password, Microsoft, or Google.

Step 3: Select Your Organisation (if applicable)

If your email address is linked to multiple organisations in Cinode (common for subcontractors), the welcome email will include a note stating which organisation you should log in to. This helps ensure you enter the correct workspace.

For example:

You are a Cinode user in several organisations. The organisation URL you need to use for this company is: cinode

Make sure to use the correct organisation name when logging in.
