Profile vs CV in Cinode - what's the different
A Cinode Profile is a comprehensive record of a user's (Employee, Subcontractor, or Candidate) work experience, education, certifications, and more. The profile is created by the user or a colleague with sufficient access. It serves as an internal database accessible only to company employees. You can have only one Profile but can create multiple language versions (e.g., English and Spanish).
The data entered in the profile can be searched in the general search and skills searches throughout the app.
A CV is a customized selection of relevant data from the Profile, presented in a template chosen by your company. We recommend creating multiple resumes tailored to specific audiences and job contexts. For example, you can have one resume for "Project Manager at IT Company X" and another for "Test Lead at Retail Company Y." Each resume can highlight relevant assignments, training, and skills. Additionally, you can adapt the language and terminology in each resume to suit the target audience.
