Overview of Events

Events serve as a valuable tool within Cinode, allowing you to efficiently manage and stay informed about various aspects of your business relationships.

Events provide an overview: Events help you gain a comprehensive understanding of the status of your interactions with customers, assignments, colleagues, candidates, partner companies, or sub-contractors. They serve as a centralized hub for tracking important activities and updates.

Mentioning persons triggers notifications: In an event, you have the ability to mention individuals within your organization. This feature is particularly useful as it triggers email notifications for the mentioned individuals. This ensures that relevant stakeholders are informed and can stay up-to-date on important developments.

๐Ÿ’ก Add a follow-up event directly when creating an event. Read more further down.

The four different event types in Cinode

  • Call: log a call that you have had

  • Meeting: add all meetings that are booked and update the status as you go to show what meetings are planned and which ones are completed.

  • Notifications: add all relevant information that should be saved for your information.
