A Candidate that has been invited and has created a profile can be converted as an employee or sub-contractor in your company. In this way, the consultant is not required to fill in a profile again.

By clicking the Convert button, you can convert a candidate to either an Employee or Subconsult.

If the candidate is converted as an Employee, the new employee will be found under the team you have chosen to assign the candidate to.

If the candidate is converted to a sub-contractor, the profile will be found in the Partner module under Sub-contractors.
