Why Integrate Lime CRM with Cinode?

By integrating Lime CRM with Cinode, you connect your sales and delivery processes. This ensures better resource planning, more efficient use of consultant data, and smoother transitions from sales to staffing. The integration enables a unified workflow where consultant profiles, deals, and assignments are automatically synchronized between the systems.

Base Flow: Consultants and Resources

All basic information about consultants/resources is retrieved from Cinode and saved as individual objects in Lime CRM. This ensures that resource data is always up to date.

Flow 1: Lime CRM → Cinode Skills

Purpose: Use Cinode Skills to manage CVs and link them to assignments.

Steps:

  1. The sales process is handled in Lime CRM.

  2. At a chosen stage, an assignment (resource need) is created in Lime CRM.

  3. The assignment is linked to a consultant in Lime CRM.

  4. One of the consultant’s existing CVs is selected, or Cinode is opened to create/update a CV.

  5. The selected CV is saved as a PDF and attached to the assignment in Lime CRM.

The same functionality is also available directly from the consultant card in Lime CRM.

Flow 2: Lime CRM → Cinode Business

Purpose: Use Cinode Business for effective resource matching and staffing.

Companies:

  • Companies are created in Lime CRM, either manually or through external data import.

  • A company can then be pushed to Cinode by selecting “Create in Cinode.”

  • Cinode’s company ID is stored in a read-only field in Lime CRM.

Deals:

  • Deals are created and managed in Lime CRM.

  • A deal can be transferred to Cinode either automatically at a certain deal stage or manually by the user.

Assignments:

  • Assignments (resource needs) are created in Lime CRM and automatically sent to Cinode (as a role).

  • If the company or deal hasn’t been transferred yet, it will be included with the first assignment.

  • Staffing is handled in Cinode.

  • Status updates in Cinode are synced back to Lime CRM.

  • If there are multiple candidates for an assignment in Cinode, they are added as candidates in Lime CRM.

  • When the assignment is staffed, the selected consultant is linked to the assignment in Lime CRM.

  • You can easily open the assignment in Cinode directly from Lime CRM.
