Stay on Top of Your Sales Pipeline — Without Leaving Teams

Sales teams often juggle multiple tools and channels. Important updates get lost, data becomes outdated, and opportunities slip away.

By integrating Cinode with Microsoft Teams, you can bring your sales pipeline and key updates into the place where your team already works. The result: real-time awareness and higher data quality — without extra effort.

Real-Time Notifications That Keep Everyone Aligned

With Cinode’s Teams integration, your team gets automatic updates in shared channels.

You no longer need to log in to Cinode to know what’s happening — it comes to you.

Examples of notifications:

  • New contacts added

  • Contacts that haven’t been reached out to for a set period

  • Assignments that are about to start or end

  • Weekly bench lists

  • Announcements from Cinode Market

These notifications give your team shared visibility and help you act early on upcoming opportunities or risks.

Pipeline Assistant — Keep Your Pipeline Clean and Reliable

Keeping pipeline data accurate is essential but often overlooked. The Pipeline Assistant automates this.

Whenever a project is updated in Cinode, it checks if key fields (value, probability, close date) are missing or outdated.

If something needs attention, the responsible user gets a direct notification in a private Teams channel, with an instant link back to the project.

This keeps your pipeline healthy without adding extra admin work.

How It Supports Your Sales Process

  • Early signals: Catch inactive contacts, expiring roles, and pipeline gaps

  • Better data: Ensure deals are accurate before key stage transitions

  • Time savings: Reduce manual checks and follow-ups

  • Seamless collaboration: Everything happens inside Teams

Bring Sales and Collaboration Closer Together

With Teams and Cinode working together, your sales process becomes more proactive, structured, and collaborative.

Keep your team aligned, your pipeline clean, and your customer relationships active — all without leaving Teams.

Why use the Teams Integration?

Integrating Cinode with Teams enhances communication by delivering real-time updates directly to your team's channels, ensuring everyone in the organization stays informed. It improves efficiency by automating information sharing, allowing your team to focus on high-priority tasks and never miss a deadline.

Additionally, this integration helps you stay one step ahead by identifying consultants who will soon be available and reaching out to contacts you haven't engaged with recently, ensuring you seize every opportunity.
