The Recruitment Pipe History report allows you to analyse the flow of Candidates that moved through the pipe during a desired time frame. The report is reached through Reports - Recruitment - Pipe History. The report measures movements in the pipe and allows you to analyse how fast you move Candidates through your processes. Through the three filters Pipe, Period and Recruiter you can control the content of the report and thus analyse each process, desired period and Recruiter. If leaving Recruiter blank, all Candidates in the pipe during chosen time frame will be analysed.
The numbers in each step show how many Candidates were moving through the step during the given period. The clock under the number of Candidates indicates the average days a Candidate was placed in the previous step. For an old Candidate that move one step within the process within the period, the report will add a number in all previous steps.
To give an example:
The above report shows movements during the previous quarter. A Candidate was last moved in the pipeline before that quarter and is now moved within the pipe from the step Solution to Offering. This means that all steps in our current analysis that precedes the Offer step are updated with one. If a Candidate skips one step, it will generate a plus one in the step "missed".
The figures in the above analysis can be derived as follows:
The stage Screening has had five movements, of were zero Candidates remain in the stage at end of the period.
The Interview stage has had five movements, at the end of the period four Candidate remain in the stage. A candidate was placed in average for ten days in the previous step Screening.
In the References stage, four movements has been made. At the end of the period there is nine Candidates left in the step. A candidate was placed in average for 13 days in the previous step Interview.
In the Offer stage, two Candidates have passed the stage and thus remain in the end of the period. A candidate was placed in average for 35 days in the previous step References.
The change between steps is visualized in percent.
See through a single graph how many Candidates you won and lost, as well as the total estimated value of profits and losses.
Below the report it is possible in detail to see the five Candidates involved in the report.
