In the Administration - Pipeline tab it is possible for you to creating pipelines in order to work by your internal workflows. To visualize both your sales processes and your recruitment processes simplify the everyday working life for your recruiters and sales representatives.
To create workflows i.e. pipelines, you need CompanyAdmin rights and the module Talent Business for sales or Talent Recruit for recruitment turned on. Read more about our modules and pricing here
Create a recruitment pipeline
A recruitment pipeline is the same as your recruitment process. You can work with one or several pipelines. Different business areas, different locations, or different recruitment processes can be reasons for working with multiple pipelines.
To create a recruitment pipeline:
1. Select "New Recruitment Pipe."
2. Name your pipeline.
Name the first step created when the pipe is uploaded. Double-click the stage to open and edit.
Define the ongoing process steps to be included in the process.
Use the Add Step button and create the following steps according to your process. The description field is an optional field, only visible in this view.
To change the process stage order, use the drag and drop functionality, and move a step back or forth.
Double click a step to open - edit or remove the stage. It is not possible to delete a stage including candidates. First, remove all the candidates from that stage, then it will be possible to remove.
To delete a pipeline, click the Update pipeline button. First, move or remove all candidates added into that pipeline.
Create a project pipeline
A Project pipeline is the same as your sales process. You can work with one or several pipes. A reason for working with several pipelines are to separate sales processes within different business areas, various locations or different stages within the sales process.
To create a Project pipeline:
1. Select "New Project pipeline."
2. Name your pipeline.
A five-step process will be created. By double click a stage, the stage will be possible to update and edit.
Edit name, set description and/or set a probability for that stage.
1) The name of the stage will be visible for the user.
2) The description of the stage will be visible when hoovering the stage in the pipe view within the Project function. The description will clarify for the user what this stage means or can be a list of activities to achieve in this stage.
3) The probability for you to win the deal in this stage. Is important to calculate a weighted estimated value for the stage and for calculation preliminary utilization rates.
Remove a stage by open it and select Remove
Add a new stage by Add stage. Use drag and drop to move stages within the pipe.
